Abstract: This article analyses the present situation of wind-generated and water-generated electricity, and suggests to build a complementary and coordinated system of batch power of wind and water, to reinforce the construction of electric network, and to break the technique bottleneck of long-distance ultra-high voltage transmission and the power grid wave, and to release the big amount of potential consumption demand in domestic market, thus to achieve a great-leap-forward development in the industry of wind-and-water power.
