Abstract: Matrix organization mode has been widely used in the enterprise management .This mode on R&D department also has the vital significance for innovation. With matrix R&D organization of Zhengzhou Yutong Bus Co., Ltd as an example, analyzed the matrix R&D organization communication and innovation performance of innovative enterprise in China, so as to provide reference for the research and development organization construction.
