Abstract: As a kind of economic activities of industrial agglomeration, industrial cluster is an important way for a district to obtain industrial competitiveness and to promote the regional economic development. This article introduces the current development situation and features of industrial cluster in Liu Jiang County about car components. It says industrial cluster is very effective to improve the county’s industrial competitiveness and to promote its economic development. County governments should cultivate characteristic clusters to serve big cities around them, and provide public technologic service organizations to the low technologic clusters. Meantime, county governments should also support developing the industrial association, and upgrade the clusters relying on its industrial association.
